Inspections to insure compliance with the law will be made not less than two (2) times each year licensed and in most cases four (4) times.
"It shall be a regulation of the State Board of Health that during the inspection of all ground permitted vehicles (BLS, ALS, SCT, CCLS, SUV, and Invalid) the owner, or an employee of the particular ambulance company, be present during the inspection and where necessary be subject to demonstrating certain equipment items."
