Who Can Get Treatment

Anyone aged 15 or older is eligible for this treatment for opioid use disorder. You do not need to be referred by a doctor – just sign up below for an evaluation.

No-Cost Treatment

If you qualify for our medication-assisted treatment program, you receive our services at no out-of-pocket cost to you regardless of insurance status.

Due to the impact of the recent federal government shutdown and the MSDH’s commitment to provide quality healthcare to our existing patients, the MSDH is temporarily unable to accept any new referrals at this time.
