COVID-19 Expanded Capacity Hospital Program and Grants
The Mississippi Legislature designated the Mississippi State Department of Health to establish and administer the COVID-19 Expanded Capacity Hospital Program for the purpose of providing grant funds to hospitals that increased treatment capacity related to the COVID-19 pandemic. These funds act as reimbursement for expenses incurred during the period March 3, 2021 through December 31, 2023.
